Where It All Started
It didn't start with a big budget or a team behind us. It started with a Cricut machine and a heat press.
RTM was founded by Dallen — and in the beginning, that meant walking into malls, gas stations, and college campuses, product in hand, doing whatever it took to make a sale. No shortcuts. No waiting for the right moment. Just showing up every single day and putting in the work.
Through that grind, Dallen learned something real: dedication and persistence will take you further than talent alone. When you stay committed to where you're trying to go, things start to happen. Doors open. People notice. And you realize — it's actually possible.
